After receiving a request from one of PokerFox.net's members to write a 7 Stud Hi-Lo article, I thought I should go back and play a bunch to reacquaint myself with the game.  I hadn't played much stud recently, because the games were few and far between.  But there's been pretty steady action on Full Tilt from $2-$4 up to $8-$16, so I jumped right in. 

 I'd forgotten how much I like this game.  It was the first game I really studied and became proficient in, and I'm still much better at it than holdem.  Additionally, the competition is much weaker than holdem.  There's far less literature out there on it, and things are so fluid that it's tougher to come up with a static strategy for it.  Bots can beat limit holdem; they'd have a hard time with stud hi-lo.  Anyway, really enjoying it, and am making money as well.  Going to have to write that article soon...
