2020: The Year That Won’t Die

Doesn’t it feel like this year is lasting forever? I just want this election over so I know if there’s reason for hope, or we’re just going to keep sliding into fascist dystopia.

But how about the writing, Adam?

Shockingly, despite the existential dread I know all of us are suffering from, I’m actually writing a great deal. Even have some things coming out soon.

The Goblin Hole, my WWI horror/dark fantasy story is coming out Oct. 22nd from Crone Girls Press. I’m really excited about this one. Rachel Brune, the editor, is fantastic and I love my story; I can’t wait to read the other two. There’s only two other stories in the anthology because they’re all longer pieces. It’s a new type of anthology they’re trying, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Duster, is still out and doing well, and I’m putting the finishing touches on the first volume of my How to Write Fantasy Novels series that will be out within a week or two.

If we all live that long.
