Cosmic Roots and Eldritch Shores, 2019
I wrote this story a long time ago and was my audition piece for entry into my current writers group, The Wyrdsmiths. I rewrote it many times since then and am thrilled to have it out with a SFWA qualified market like CR&ES. You can read it here.
